It’s Saturday! Saturday is one of the best days at Incendia and all the WODs are a surprise….so come prepared for anything. Bring anything you might need for CrossFit (i.e. jump rope, long socks, wrist wraps, Oly shoes, etc). CrossFit 101/FREE class, you’ll be good with just a pair of athletic shoes. EVERYONE needs to bring water.
