Tomorrow is Rest Day, but we’ve got a full day of stuff for you to do:
- 7am – The Burners is CANCELLED
- 9am – CrossFit Yoga
- 10am to Noon – Open Gym
- 3:30pm to 6:30pm – Open Gym
- 3:30pm – CrossFit Prep
- 4:30pm – Student Athlete (ages 14-18)
- 5:30pm – CrossFit Kids Explorers (ages 3-5)
- 5:50pm – CrossFit Kids Young Heroes (ages 6-13)
- 6:30pm – Olympic Lifting
