It’s Saturday at Incendia and that means the WODs are a SURPRISE! Come prepared for anything. Bring a friend to our 101 class and show them what CrossFit is all about.

Don’t forget about the Incendia Pool Party at the Sunrise Pool. Members and their families are invited to have some fun in the sun with all your Incendia Peeps. The pool will be open just for us. Hope to see you there!
