185/115 pound barbell, Shoulder to overhead, 20 reps
40 Burpees
*Burpees are lateral over the bar.

Partition as needed, any order.

*You can choose to do the row before or after the 2010 floater workout, but the row needs to be max effort. Rest 10-15 minutes between the two workouts.
