9-11 MEMORIAL WOD

For the 2nd year in a row, CrossFit Incendia is teaming up with SpartanFit CrossFit and the United Phoenix Firefighters to host a 9-11 Memorial WOD on Saturday, September 13, 2014. This year, we will be hosting the WOD at CrossFit Incendia. Check-in is at 8am, with the first All-Star Firefighter and Police Heat kicking off things at 9am. Bring the family out an enjoy this memorial event that commemorates September 11, 2001 with raffles, food, fellowship and pool safety/car seat education. The cost to participate is $40 and includes a meal provided by Koinonia PFD. Commemorative shirts will also be available for $25. All proceeds will be directly donated to United Phoenix Firefighters Charities.

CrossFit Incendia will be CLOSED for regular classes on Saturday. Please take advantage of on of our Travel WODs or come on out a join us in remembering this tragic day in history by uniting to honor the lives lost.
